About
Prior to starting Futuri Consulting, Maggie spent over 20 years in retained, senior-level executive search. Most recently, she served as Co-Founder and Principal of Brooks Stacy, LLC, a boutique senior-level executive search firm that serves a variety of Houston-based companies. Maggie and Co-Founder, Allison Brooks, started the firm in January 2013.
Before Brooks Stacy, Maggie spent eight years with Spencer Stuart, a global senior-level executive search firm. As a senior associate with responsibility for the industrial and energy sectors, Maggie focused on financial officer assignments. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Maggie spent five years in commercial real estate – first as a research analyst and later, a sales professional selling office and retail investment properties for CBRE Houston.
Maggie earned her bachelor’s degree in art history and economics from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, and completed a four-year term on the University’s Alumni Board of Directors. A native Houstonian, Maggie is an Emeritus member of the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Houston and serves on the Board of St. Francis Episcopal School. She is an active volunteer at St. Francis Episcopal Church and Episcopal High School. Maggie is married and has two children. She loves spending time with her family and friends, annual backpacking trips in beautiful places, and pretty much anything outside, sports or leisure.
